6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. Sale items and customized products are final sale unless defective.

For defective or incorrect items received, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery for resolution options.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and be conducted in English.
