Shipping Methods

ZephyrBelle offers the following shipping options for your convenience:

  • Standard Shipping:  7-15 business days (varies by destination)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 within the continental US.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
  • Some items may be restricted in certain countries

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you have special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
