Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
At ZephyrBelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Final sale items marked "non-refundable" are excluded
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be refunded
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your ZephyrBelle account and visit the Order History section
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return request form
- Print the prepaid return label that will be emailed to you
- Package your items securely and attach the return label
- Drop off at your nearest authorized shipping location
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International customers may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
- Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence and will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the standard return process
- Indicate your exchange preference in the return request form
- We will ship the replacement item once your return is received
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Special Considerations
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or bodysuits unless the protective liner is intact and the item is unworn.
